Shipping Policy | 配送政策

1. Delivery Lead Time 配送时间

  • For Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area, delivery takes around 2 weeks, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
  • 吉隆坡与雪兰莪地区的配送时间约为 2 周(不包含星期六与星期日)。
  • For other states (outside KL & Selangor), delivery takes around 3 weeks, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
  • **外州地区(非吉隆坡与雪兰莪)**配送时间约为 3 周(不包含星期六与星期日)。
  • Delivery timeframe may be extended due to location, festive seasons, weather, road conditions, or unexpected incidents.
  • 配送时间可能因 地区、节庆期间、天气状况、道路情况或突发状况 而延长。

2. Delivery Arrangement 配送安排

  • Driver will contact the customer 1–2 days before delivery for confirmation.
  • 司机将在出货前 1–2 天联系顾客 以确认送货安排。

3. Staircase Charges 上楼费用

  • Additional charge of RM20 per level applies if no lift is available.
    (Payment to be made directly to the driver.)
  • 若送货地点没有电梯,每层楼将收取 RM20 上楼费用
    (费用直接支付给司机)

4. Disposal Service 清理旧家具服务

  • Disposal service is available upon request and must be arranged directly with the driver.
  • 如需丢弃旧家具,可与司机直接协商并安排处理。

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility 退款适用条件

  • Refund is only applicable for out-of-stock items, defective items without replacement, or wrong item delivered.
  • 退款仅适用于以下情况:
    • 商品缺货
    • 商品有瑕疵但无法提供更换
    • 收到错误商品
  • No refund for change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer.
  • 个人原因改变主意下单错误将不接受退款申请。

2. Refund Processing Time 退款处理时间

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days upon approval.
  • 退款将在审核通过后 3–7 个工作日 内处理完成。

3. Refund Method 退款方式

  • Refund will be issued through the same payment method / platform used for the purchase.
  • 退款将通过顾客原本使用的相同付款方式 / 平台退回。

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation 订单取消

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.

  • Once item is shipped or arranged for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

  • 订单只能在出货前申请取消。

  • 一旦商品已出货或安排送货,将无法取消订单


2. Return & Refund 退货与退款

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may request a return/refund.
    However, return shipping fee must be borne by the customer, and the refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs.

  • 如果顾客对商品不满意,可申请退货/退款。
    退回运费需由顾客承担,并且退款将会扣除来回运费后退款。

  • Return/refund is only accepted when:
    ✔ Product is defective
    ✔ Product is damaged
    Wrong item received

  • 以下情况可接受退货/退款:
    ✔ 商品瑕疵
    ✔ 商品损坏
    ✔ 收到错误商品

  • Change of mind is NOT accepted.

  • 因个人因素改变主意,恕不接受退货或退款。


3. Exchange Policy 换货政策

  • Customers may request an exchange if the item has defects or functional issues within 14 days after receiving.

  • 换货仅接受在收货后 14 天内 出现商品故障 / 瑕疵的情况。

  • Replacement will be arranged after verification by our team.

  • 我们团队审核确认后,将安排换货。
