1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom-made or pre-order items (made-to-order production).
• Assembled or used items.
• Minor variations in color tone, wood grain, or texture, as these are normal in manufacturing and lighting differences.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (018-3740401) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and your order details.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or exchange based on the product type and location.

🟤 Return Delivery Fee:

• Customers are required to bear the return delivery fee.
• For small items, customers must send the product back through their nearest courier service (e.g. J&T, NinjaVan, PosLaju).
• For large furniture, our team will assist in arranging a return pickup (charges apply depending on location).

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
We will arrange for replacement parts, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping or production begins.
• Once production or shipment has started, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.
