Jika lokasi penghantaran melebihi 70KM dari Jalan Welfare, Sungai Buloh, caj tambahan akan dikenakan (mengikut jarak & lokasi).

Penghantaran perlu dibawa naik tangga tanpa lif：

* Caj RM20 bagi setiap tingkat

* Maksimum hingga tingkat 4 sahaja

* Tidak menerima penghantaran ke atas tingkat 4

Kami TIDAK membuat penghantaran ke:

* Sabah & Sarawak

* Kawasan tanah tinggi

* Kawasan pulau

Maklumat Penghantaran:

Penghantaran dalam tempoh 5–12 hari bekerja (kawasan Selangor atau KL)

Kawasan luar: Anggaran 5–14 hari bekerja, biasanya diterima dlm 10 hari

Delivery:

 Order now and receive this item within 5 – 12 working days Selangor or KL area

 For outstation, might take 5 – 14 working days normally within 10 days received.

 Delivery timeframe might extend based on delivery area, festival period, weather, road condition or accident.

 Will in advance before delivery made, and 30-60 mins before arrived your doorstep

-Delivery to ground floor or upper floor with lift, staircase subject to additional charges

-Delivery is not available to fixed date and time, ensure delivery address and person in charge is ready to pick up call and receive item

-Goods sold is not refundable and non-returnable, damaged goods will be exchange。

-Defect Claim: Open Box to Check once receive item, 12 hour is given for submit claim on defect item

-Manufacturing Defect Warranty claim estimate take 3-7 working days processing.
