Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
For Sabah & Sarawak, please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Ready stock items: Ship out within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order or made-to-order items: Estimated lead time is 7–14 working days, depending on production schedule.
  • Deliveries are carried out during Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Method

  • Small items (e.g. racks, stools, small tables) are shipped via courier service (J&T / NinjaVan / PosLaju).
  • Large furniture (e.g. wardrobes, beds, dining sets) are delivered by our in-house truck or partner logistics team for safe handling.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping cost is separate from the product price.
  • After order confirmation, our team will contact you to arrange delivery and collect a shipping fee of RM30–RM50, depending on the size and type of product.
  • Free delivery may apply for selected areas or promotional periods.

5. Self Pick-Up Option

Customers may also self collect from our factory showroom in Sungai Buloh by appointment.
Kindly contact us in advance to schedule your collection.

6. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery.
If you find any damages, defects, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
We’ll assist you promptly with a replacement or repair.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-made or pre-order items (made-to-order production).
  • Assembled or used items.
  • Minor variations in color tone, wood grain, or texture, as these are normal in manufacturing and lighting differences.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (018-3740401) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and your order details.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or exchange based on the product type and location.

🟤 Return Delivery Fee:

  • Customers are required to bear the return delivery fee.
  • For small items, customers must send the product back through their nearest courier service (e.g. J&T, NinjaVan, PosLaju).
  • For large furniture, our team will assist in arranging a return pickup (charges apply depending on location).

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
We will arrange for replacement parts, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping or production begins.
  • Once production or shipment has started, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.
