1. General Policy

Furniqlo.my (“Furniqlo”) is an online marketplace where independent vendors sell their products directly to customers. Furniqlo facilitates transactions and payments but is not the manufacturer or direct seller.

By purchasing through Furniqlo, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

Refunds or returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The buyer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos).

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or returns are not available in the following cases:

  • Buyer has confirmed receipt of goods.
  • No complaint is made within the confirmation period.
  • Buyer changes mind, no longer wants the product, or ordered the wrong item.
  • Issues caused by improper handling, misuse, or self-assembly.
  • Delays in delivery caused by logistics providers.

👉 Once a buyer has confirmed delivery, all transactions are deemed final. No refund, return, or cancellation will be entertained.


4. Process for Refunds/Returns

  1. Buyer must contact Furniqlo Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 aicap.solutionn13@gmail.com.
  2. Buyer must provide order details and clear evidence of the defect/damage.
  3. Furniqlo will notify the Vendor and facilitate communication.
  4. The Vendor is responsible for arranging return or replacement, if valid.
  5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the buyer’s original payment method within 7–14 working days.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure accurate product descriptions and quality checks.
  • Vendors must comply with this Refund Policy as part of Furniqlo’s Terms & Conditions.
  • Repeated refund issues may result in penalties, suspension, or account termination.

6. Marketplace Limitation of Liability

  • Furniqlo acts solely as a platform to facilitate transactions.
  • Disputes over product quality, warranty, or after-sales service are between the Vendor and Buyer.
  • Furniqlo may assist in communication but is not responsible for refunds beyond the conditions stated above.
