Do You Ship Internationally?
Furniqlo itself does not manage international shipping. However, some vendors may offer international delivery. If you’re interested, you can contact the vendor directly through their store page to arrange shipping options and costs.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and vendor’s arrangement. For custom furniture, delivery timelines will be confirmed during order processing.

How do I place an Order?
Simply browse through our product categories, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is completed.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are processed. Please contact our customer support team immediately at support@furniqlo.my
with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a Furniqlo account allows you to track your orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status in My Account > Orders if you registered an account.
How Can I Return a Product?
Furniqlo does not accept returns once the product has been delivered and confirmed in good condition. Please check items upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
